Since 1961, when he graduated from University of Minnesota, Marvin Meltzer realized his attraction for New York City architecture. After about 30 years of practice he still get excited by opportunities and challenges that present themselves everyday. Meltzer started his own firm in 1972, earning commissions for residential, school and daycare projects in the metropolitan area. Now, as architect/developer, he continues to create special experiences that are visually surprising and dramatic.
