Correspondances was created after the spontaneous experience that Piero Mottola had with two important musicians who are representatives of the avant-garde music of the 60s. Despite the theoric and aesthetic differences between Giuseppe Chiari, one of the most important exponents of the Fluxus movement, and Mauro Bortolotti, who established Nuova Consonanza and is a prosecutor of a musical research created by Goffredo Petrassi, they both saw Pietro Grossi, a musician from Florence, as the beginner of the experimental and electronic music in Italy. They have both shown a sincere curiosity towards a cognitive intense activity, even though it was very different from their ideas. They were conveyed towards the aesthetic aspect of the differences that was based on knowledge, and in this sense extraordinarily modern and irreplaceable masters. Correspondences is collected in three compact disks showing the theoretical musical experiences on "Variazioni sul Grido", Variations on Shout, by both Mauro Bortolotti and Piero Mottola in the CD1. Then the experiences of Giuseppe Chiari and Piero Mottola in CD2 entitled "Opere ed emissioni", Works of art and emissions, and in CD3 "Concerto con vista", Concert with a view, by Piero Mottola. This one contains the result of the research on the evocative potentials of the noise and its connection to the emotions, because it is constructed on enigmatic musical structures using a experimental compositive method.
