Ethiopia 1867-1936. History, stamps and postal history. Addendum

The recent successful researches in Ethiopian philately have changed the perspectives of some periods and new discoveries in the field of the postal rates mainly of the 1895-1908 period give a better understanding of early franking.
Therefore, an addendum including all the new unreported facts was considered necessary to update the previous knowledge in the interest of the Ethiopia collectors.
Some chapters have been completely rewritten and a new chapter, including all the new until now unreported discoveries concerning the period 1895-1908, was added.
A rationale was found for the issues of 1919-1928, which are now classified according to their newly determined dates of issue.
The appendix IV concerning the postal rates was rewritten and implemented with the new finding.
Furthermore, new chapters concerning the air mail flights, with the addition of newly discovered flights, to the benefit of collectors of this peculiar branch and a list of Zeppelin flights were added.
A chapter concerning the presence of an Indian contingent to protect the British residents during the Italian occupation of Addis Ababa on May 1936 was included.
A detailed comparison between five different catalogues was added to make exchange of information between collectors easier.
Some other points of the book have also been revised and some errors amended.
The new discoveries allow having now a correct and global overview of the period 1895-1936 of the Ethiopian philately and postal history.
