In addition to essays, the catalogue presents critical profiles of the materials on show: rare archive documents, musical scores, opera librettos, engravings, drawings, portraits of figures of the music andari milieu; objects of use like the model of a carriage of 1770, a gala costume, Bartolomeo Bimbi's "biola" built in Florence in 1770. Research conducted by numerous collaborators has expanded further on previous studies and led to interesting discoveries that make for new specifics on the subject, such as the exact location of the hotel L'Aquila Nera where the Mozarts stayed.
